First habit is the framework to qualify my leads – 6AFF. This really helped me to determine whether I should have an actual face to face appointment. If yes, I will know exactly what are the areas to focus at. This saved me a lot of time and advance my closing ratio.
Second habit is always challenge my own self limiting beliefs. In the past, I thought that to give good advice, I must give my clients thick stack of financial planning reports. However, I discovered that I can give even better advice without these thick reports.
All these positive changes transformed my results from 1 MDRT in 12 years, to consecutive 5 years COT. In 2024, I achieved my first TOT qualification!
Before I join Lusi Group training, my goal was to clear enough FYC to promote to Senior Director next year (40k). Furthermore I cleared my MDRT in 2021, 2022 and in 2023 I fell short because I settled.
To the rest of my peers, I’m “doing well” so I started to stay comfortable at where I am.
Along the journey through the trainings, I must say that I’ve seen further (big picture) and have a better idea of what kind of leader I would want to be. And today my FYC has crossed 60k thanks to the encouragement and push from Lusi Group.
